Have you thought about driving to Orlando or Jacksonville to experience this luxurious treatment for yourself? No need, because I am bringing this treatment to our little town of High Springs.
My established clients know that I am thorough and I am results-driven. These "head spas" are trendy and eye-catching but one thing is for sure - scalp care is here to stay. The health of the hair starts at the root. Targeted products and massage are essential to preventing, slowing and even reversing hair loss.
I am proud to say through extensive training, research and trials I can now bring you a treatment that is not only aesthetically pleasing and includes the trending equipment, but it actually works.
The treatment (excluding the express, which is designed for a quick yet results-driven treatment) starts with a consultation and detailed scalp analysis. You'll get a chance to see your scalp like you never have before! Then you'll settle into the chair and I'll start applying a pre-shampoo toning lotion, 100% pure organic avocado oil for deeper product penetration, a blend of essential oils chosen specifically for your scalp concern (this is the key product and where the "secret sauce" lies). Hot steam may be utilized to open the hair follicles and further relax the client. Massage is an important part of this process, so the products are absorbed correctly and fully. Then comes the shampoo, rinse and intoxicating conditioner specifically designed for the scalp. Lastly, the post treatment serum is applied and the service is complete.
Things to note:
you will leave with towel-dried hair. If you wish for a style and blow dry, you will need to schedule with me and/or a particular hair stylist ahead of time. Hair stylists are usually unable to accommodate walk-ins or unscheduled services.
this service will be majorly administered on the main salon floor. When booking online, a brief questionnaire will determine if you'd rather start the treatment in my private spa treatment room. If this is the case, at some point we will need to move you to the main salon floor. My introductory clients have preferred to start and end at the shampoo bowl!
To address very serious scalp issues like psoriasis and eczema, please plan for at least 4 treatments one week apart.
To address scalp issues like hair loss, dandruff and flaky scalp, 4 treatments every two weeks is recommended.
there are 3 levels of this treatment based on time.
The Express Scalp Treatment is a 15 - 20 minute treatment, utilizing all 6 organic treatment products but no scalp camera during the consultation or spa treatment upgrades like eye covers.
The Head Spa Scalp Treatment is a 30 - 40 minute treatment, utilizing all 6 organic treatment products and includes the scalp camera consultation, warm blanket, optional hot steam, optional ear plugs and heated eye masks.
The Luxury Head Spa Scalp Treatment is a 60 minute treatment including everything above with the addition of an organic bamboo gommage physical exfoliant, scalp defender healing lotion, and an organic hot tea rinse. Thorough and extensive neck, head and scalp massage is included in the hour treatment. This treatment can start in my private treatment room, or on the main salon floor.
